Your Success Isn't What You Think It Is

Your Success Isn't What You Think It Is

Daily Success Motivation and Self-Improvement

Your Success isn't what you think it is. Your success is what you think you are and your motivation for pursuing success is intimately tied to your thoughts about yourself and your place in the world.

Defining Success For Yourself
Your were created for achievement and success. While our motivations for pursuing success can stem from greed to fear of lack to a sense of right and entitlement, our success is intimately tied to what we think about ourselves. You should first understand that success isn't defined just by material gain. I believe the purest definition of success is being happy what your life, your accomplishments and your relationships.

We all define success in many different ways but ultimately we are successful when our life choices, the things we accomplish through our life choices and the relationships we build, all allow us to express our life passions and purpose.

Whether we head a company or do volunteer work, when we are expressing ourselves through our sense of purpose and passion and we are happy we the results we are getting...then we are truly experiencing success and our motivation for success all the more clear through our love of the work we do.

Defining Motivation for Success
When we engage success with any effort other than a love and a passion in the pursuit of happiness our lives become drudgery and our efforts become mechanical. Life becomes dry, routine and seems forced. It seems a lot of people define success by how much money they make and possess. And it also seems that many people dream of doing something different. You know, pursuing that life they really want to live, the business they really want to start or that career they really want to go after but they don't think the can make the change or make enough money to be happy.

I have good news for you! Your provision is tied intimately to your passions! You don't have to worry about money when what you do is what you love. Provision or money, will easily flow to you and there is always an audience or client base for just about anything you can think of doing when you consider making money from what you love to do. What I'm saying is that the amount of money you make is not the highest definition or shouldn't be the highest definition of success but you can and should make as much as money your passions and interests can potentially bring to you.

Your Wealth Is Who You Think YOU Are
There are many people who are rich and miserable and there are many people who are rich and full of joy. The same goes for working-class individuals and the poor. Your state of happiness starts with your state of mind and your success is not rooted in what you think it is, it is rooted in who you think you are.

You must think about who you really are and where your place is in the world to find satisfaction in your motivation to define and pursue your personal success. To pursue success soley for the material gain alone is not a compelling enough argument to sustain your efforts to succeed when the going gets tough. You will need a higher purpose that is connected to the joy of being happy with yourself and what you are convinced you can contribute to the improvement of the lives of others and world in which you live.

Think about your personal value and unique talents. There is no other you in the whole world and history of the human race. There will never be another like you again. As you pursue your success, start with thinking about who you really are and how your gifts, talents, passions and interests can be used to improve the lives of others. My favorite book says that "A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men".

What are your gifts (talents, passions, interests)? Think about your gifts, then use them and your success will become reality.

You Are A Powerful Leader...of One!

All too frequently today, people are starved for a little praise. Whether we are willing to acknowledge it to others, or even admit it to ourselves, we all need a little praise in our life.
Leadership Turn » Give Someone a Pat on the Back Because they Need it
(via Success Motivation: See what people are saying right now on Technorati)
Mary Jo of the Leadership Turn blog makes an excellent point of the power of praise and encouragement on the individual performances of those you may lead. She points out that a good leader doesn’t just provide encouragement to someone because they deserve it. She goes on to talk about the fact that good leadership provides a continual stream of encouragement by identifying the good in those they lead and building on that.

Some of you may not feel that you aren’t a leader at all and in fact may not lead any group of people, large of small. However, the point of leadership always starts with an audience of one. You are a leader of one...YOURSELF. We all lead ourselves long before we ever find ourselves leading others.

How would you describe your leadership of self? What would happen if you applied Mary Jo’s point of leadership to yourself? If you spent time focusing on your positive characteristics and on what you do really well and encouraging yourself along those lines, do you think you would see a marked improvement in your overall success, motivation and positive attitude?

I would the bet the farm that you would! Today, why don’t you document what is right and good and about yourself and what you do and begin to encourage yourself along those lines. Talk about what you do well and what is going well in your life. Build your success and motivation on the positive things you are moving towards and not on negative things you are moving away from.

Remember: You are only one thought away from change, one idea away from breakthrough!

4 Power Points for Changing Your Life

4 Power Points for Changing Your Life

Daily Success Motivation and Self-Improvement

Breaking out of mediocrity and creating change can be challenging. We must all embrace change to live bigger and better lives. You do not have to be the same person today that you were yesterday or who you hope to be tomorrow. No matter the emotional struggle, mental struggle or spiritual struggle. You can change!

Change is the cornerstone of all progress. Change is the only constant in life. We are either making progress or not. If you are frustrated by a lack of change in your life then you should realize your life doesn’t have to be the same everyday. Mediocrity is not normal. Mediocrity is an adapted behavior to an adopted lifestyle. We naturally tend to gravitate towards comfort and where we were once in the throws of change and progress, we’ve now settled into a place of comfort, safety and familiarity.

Some of us are stuck for other reasons. Perhaps you’ve had negative words spoken to you or you’ve had unsuccessful experiences in the past. I want you to know that whatever the case may be, you can always make the choice to move forward. We all can.

Your most significant progress will be invisible long before you ever see visible progress. It is the inside work that comes first before your outside environment changes. A change in perspective alone can be enough to get you to your next level. In the case of perspective, nothing around you changes at all but how you “see” your surroundings makes the difference for initiating change. Why is that? HOPE! All you need to do is to be able see the possibility of being able to live differently and you can soar to higher heights! By choosing to see yourself and your opportunities differently, you can change without waiting for your situation to change or circumstances to be just right. And that’s the key! Choosing to change!

"Everyone should carefully observe which way his heart draws him, and then choose that way with all his strength." - Hasidic saying

Four Power Points for Change

Consciousness. You must be aware of your personal state of being. You must WAKE UP! Do not allow your mind to go numb from mediocre life routines. Avoid the same-old, some-old stuff of your life. Indeed, break the old routines and do something different or do the same things in a different way. You must create an awareness of who you are and what you do and ask yourself: Why am I doing this? What do I really want to do? Don’t give too much time watching other people live their dreams. Decide to live your own. You must cut back distractions and set out to expand your experiences and opportunities. Play games, read books, solve some problems. Wake your mind up and feel your life again!

Create. We all have been endowed with the powers of creation. We create new ideas all the time as we talk and share our thoughts. Creativity is not a talent of the super gifted. Put your mind to working on ideas that will change your life. You mind was created to solve big problems. Don’t believe me? Look around you. Everything that has been created, large and small, started in someone’s imagination! You can do that to! Think big ideas about the kind of life you want and the type of person you want to be. Create a big life and play it in your mind before it ever plays out on the stage of your real life. Don’t ask yourself how you are going to get what you desire or how you are going to become that person you imagine becoming. Just imagine the possibilities and create a future so compelling that obstacles eventually crumble under the power of your imagination, passion and your pervasive will to win!

Contribution. Find something to contribute your time, talent or resources to. Nothing creates as sense of significance like helping a good cause that you passionately believe in. That cause can be a charity, a business or a personal interest of some other type. By making meaning through contribution you put your life on the fast track for change. Contribution brings you to a place of satisfaction and awareness that allows you to experience life as it happens rather being numb to life as it passes you by. Your powers of creativity will explode as your mind is directed towards a compelling cause for which you want to create meaning and attain great value from. You will derive a great sense of empowerment from participation. No man or women is an island. We never succeed on our own.

Contentment. In all that you do and pursue, you must choose to be content. You can’t have it all and you can’t have it all quickly. No matter what advertisements tell you. But you can have what you desire and you can have it sooner than you think you can through desire, discipline and dedication. Don’t worry about the Jones’s. Don’t think about how much time you’ve lost or how far others may be ahead of you. Just keep your eyes on your chosen prize and enjoy each moment of challenge and change your along your journey through life. Contentment is the key to being able to experience the beauty of life as it happens. It allows you stop and smell the roses no matter what your situation is life may be. When you are content, you can enjoy yourself, your loved ones and your work in this world not matter what peaks or valleys occur along the way. That my friend is powerful living.

Do You Have A Circle of Champions?

    Grow Your Circle of Champions

Daily Success Motivation & Self Improvement

You know the saying "birds of a feather flock together". It's true. We naturally associate with others of share common values and thinking as we have. Who you hang it with speaks volumes about where you are going to go in life and where you are going to grow in life. The truth is that who you associate with will affect your success and motivation in life. Here's another powerful, motivational quote, "Your network will determine your net worth.""Your network will determine your net worth."

Who are the people in your network? Who to you associate with and have contact with most often? Someone once said to me that my income is the average of the 10 people I associate with the most. You see, if you want to experience more in life you have to hang around people who have more and know more than you do. You need to hang out in circles of champions. Do you have your own circle of champions?

Dictionary.com defines a champion one that has the attributes of a winner; one who fights; a warrior. You have the attributes of winner and your potential to mastery anything is life is unlimited. You were born bold in spirit and powerfully capable of becoming great in life! Unfortunately, life comes and buffets us with disappointments of various types. That result is that all too many us have lost that fighting spirit we were born with and we lose sight of our winning attributes.

That challenges of your life exist to make you better. To qualify you for the next level of success and fulfillment. Which is why you must separate from those who would seek safety and protect from the challenges of life and the risks involve in becoming a real champion of success. There are only two types of people in your life. Those that believe in you and those that don't. The problem is that you won't know who these believers and non-believers in your life until you move out as a champion and attempt to do something great like start a business, change careers, transform your attitude or change your entire life.

They really don't want you to succeed. The non-believers that is. You'll be surprised to see who the turn out the be. Don't believe me? Decide today to become great and to reach for success. Dare to dream and your enemies will arise. Your dream determines your enemy. Your dream also threatens the insecure and fearful people around you. When you decide to do something great with your life you will instantly uncover those in your life aren't doing anything with their life. When you decide to do something great with your life you will instantly uncover those in your life aren't doing anything with their life. In an attempt to keep the covers on, they will discourage you and tear down your dreams.

To successfully walk away from your old life and experience new levels of success you need a circle of champions to encourage you and build up your esteem and not only tell you that you can do it but who will also show you what you can and must do to create last success, change and motivation in your life.

When you change your mind, you will change your life. You have to associate with people who want to change the world! You have to associate with big thinkers. A leader once told me that I needed to associate with people who look better than, know more than me, have accomplished more than me, people who will challenge me, get on my nerves and make me pray for strength!

How true that is! Don't shy away from the challenge of associating greatness. You have to accept the challenge to become better and hanging out with people of average average thinking, average accomplishment and average incomes with only multiply average results for you life.

So how to get your own circle of champions? You start by identifying the success that you desire and then reaching out to those who are well on their way to that same success and have accomplished great things. Seek out mentors in the areas of success that you desire. Join business and entrepreneur groups in your area. You may or may not desire to start a business but entrepreneurs some some of the most generous and supportive people to hang out with. They have deep understanding of personal struggle, beliefs and the power of personal transformation. They are champions indeed! You can also get mentoring through books and audios.

Begin to see yourself as a champion and seek out a circle of champions to help you grown. Before you know, you will be returning the favor as you grown your own circle of champions and together you change the world and help others transform. I believe in you. I believe in me. Together let's champion the cause of becoming great and make the world better wherever we go. Upgrade your mind with dreams being a champion and a champion you will become. You cannot live about your highest level of thinking. Elevate your thinking and your life by associating with champions who are creating change in their lives and making and difference in life.

Increasing Life’s Rewards - Self Motivation

    Increasing Life's Rewards

Daily Success Motivation

Are your experiencing increase and enjoying and abundance of reward in your life? Contrary to what you may have heard, there is quite an abundance of "stuff" out there. Never let your current level of supply in your life dictate how much more you can have or how much more you are entitled to.

You can reverse your fortunes with a single thought and change of mind. Perspective goes a long way towards helping you reach your objective of a fulfilling life of success with motivates and encourages more thoughts and actions which leads to continued success. Nothing succeeds like success as the one quotes states. It is easier to build momentum for success which each achievement or accomplishment because our successes are powerfully life affirming. It's the little series of wins that build esteem and provide momentum for bigger wins.

Great. That all sounds good and nice and but about increasing life's rewards? Yes, let's get back on topic shall we. Listen, I want to share with you a simple quote that is the secret to unlocking increase of reward in your life. It's simply this:

"No one can become rich without enriching others."

Here are 3 factors for increasing life's rewards. They are service, action and reactions.

Who Do You Serve?

Your level of reward is directly tied to your level of service to others in life. You can go as far as you desire to go by helping others achieve their desires.

"We reap what we sow."

Who do you serve? Is it a spouse? Children? Co-workers? Clients? Community? Customers? We are all providing some level of service to others with a corresponding rewards. Whether we are eating food from a fast food place, wearing our favorite brand of clothes or driving our favorite model of car. We are doing these things by way of service that is being rendered to use by someone else.

Our reward can be the enjoying that meal, wearing those clothes and driving that car. The service provider is rewarded economically by providing services that that are willing to pay for and hopefully pay for as a repeat customer. They have helped us attain a desire and in turn they have increased their rewards. If they want to increase their rewards they simply improve the quality of the service they provide to us. Success is earned through services to others.

Service to others isn't just about business and economics although that model serves as a perfect example of how the reaping and sowing principle works. Realize that you must give in order to get. Plain and simple.

One the greatest outcomes of service to others is that of opportunity. Serving others unveils many opportunities to learn, grow and achieve. Are your goals in life and your plans for achievement tied to serving others? I can assure that goals that don't not require discipline, sacrifice and service will leave poorer than enriched. Who do you want to serve today?

What Action Will You Take?

Without action change and increase will not occur. If you are unhappy with your level of reward in life then you much increase your level of service to others. This requires specific action. What actions are tied to the services you currently render or services you should start rendering and which are most critical to increasing your lifes rewards?

For example, is there training available that will allow you to increase your level of expertise and service to others in your profession or business and will lead to an increase in salary or business revenue? Are you willing to exert the level of discipline required to improve your level of service?

We must shake off the heavy bands of indifferent, despair and distraction and focus on a life mission that energizes us and delivers heaps and volumes of value to others. Think action, action action. Nothing in our lives will move significantly until we start moving! Go ahead and think big, identify your rewards and take action to reap those rewards!

Your Reactions In Your Actions

Your reaction to what you have been given makes all the difference in the actions you take. Don't expect things to automatically be given to you because you desire them. Don't waste time thinking about how what you have may not be enough. You simply start where you are with you have and improve your level of service to others.

What you have is enough to get started towards where you want to go. Realize that your greatest asset is YOU. Choose to serve YOURSELF with a higher level of excellence and commitment and the doors of opportunity to serve others and increase your reward will swing wide open. You've got what it takes to make it!

"Desire is proof of attainment."

Whatever you desire in life you can acquire. If it is in your heart to do and have then realize that you have within you the power to get it and get it done. Choose to react to your situations and scenarios with positive energy and attitudes that life others and empowers you to be consistent in commitment to enjoy abundant life. Success is tied to your service and your motivation to do well by doing good. Let your action contain powerful reactions to change your life by helping others change their lives for the better. Your increase in rewards starts now. Go.

Chasing Change for Self-Improvement

Chasing Change

Daily Success Motivation and Self-Improvement

Self-Improvement is everywhere. Motivation should inspire it and success demands it. We are pressured on all sides these days to succeed as fast as we can and to go as far as we can in the shortest time possible. Most success we read about, listen to, or witness is the result of some season or years of ground work and labor. Most of what we see in the way of success is slow grown.

But slow isn't sexy in this modern age and so success it just a one-two step program away. That's why 'get-rich-quick' never seems to lose its appeal although the wise know better. Thinking that success overnight is possible, we find ourselves challenged or tempted to find the fast-track program to from here to there.

Beware the Madison Avenue marketing magic, music videos and movie mantra. Everywhere we look the message is similar: success comes quickly. If you don't have bling then you are a no-thing. Success should be desired quickly and until you have attained some stated level of success as depicted in the media you are led to feel inadequate.

And so here we are. Completely inadequate. Now we are so hurried in our attempts to escape our old inadequate selves that we miss life in the process. We are chasing change as if it has left us behind instead of realizing that we, ourselves are the drivers of our own change and because of that, we don't have to rush into the future as if we are being left behind.

Success Formula: Get It...Now!

There are fast-track management and training programs. There are instant millionaires. There is the old mainstay of get rich quick. There is overnight delivery of this or that. Going slow just doesn't appeal and we end up missing the point of transformation.

The challenge comes in the way of pressure to succeed quickly. We end up chasing change for the sake of change and we missed the purpose we started out with. Intead of reaching richer life experience we end up pursuing a life of riches. Instead of focusing on the character building activities that sustain success we focus on actions to quickly attain success.

The net result? We are still unhappy, unfulfilled, burning out fast and missing life's precious moments.

Transformation is about becoming the greatest person you can become so that you enjoy the most that life has to offer you and so that you can experience your greatest levels of success and fulfillment. You cannot attain this at your current level of living. This is application to all of us. We must attain new skills to succeed in jobs right? So it is with life. We must become better people (character, mind, spirit, etc) to experience higher levels of all success.

I believe in step programs and methods and points to success. I really do. But only as a means present concepts for success and motivation in ways that help me to learn, understand and apply actionable processes to my life and teach them to others. Clearly defined principles for success in any format does not mean quick success. We can learn quickly but success takes time.

It doesn't mean your success will take many long years. On the contrary, by applying proven methods from the success of others you will dramatically reduce your time to success. Why reinvent the wheel when you can leverage the experience of someone else succeeding at something you have in interest in pursuing.

Real Truth: Success Takes Time

Yet you have to realize that success requires some amount of time to mature and bear fruit. We must all put in the unseen labor and work in building our dream and making live happen especially when not is watchin, our labor is uncelebrated and we feel like we are actually losing progress!

By observing and reflecting on the moments of our lives we are able to engage opportunities for success that we could never manufacture and we can learn lessons that would otherwise go sight unseen because we aren't paying attention.

Pursuing your greatest goals should include the understanding that becoming great is powerful not only for what it can get you but more importantly for what it can make of you. Your success should formost be about who you can become and not just what you can obtain. Your material abundance should be the result of your success as a person.

It is the journey that matters most and how well you grow along the journey. As you reach for change and success, take some time to think about what changes you are working on and what results you are getting but don't forget to experience your life process.

You must be keenly aware of your life as it happens to you and apply your changes in the moment. Don't allow your life to become a series of successful activities that do not address that person within. That "real" you inside that needs to nurtured and supported.

I don't want you to become so driven for change that you miss living your own life. Does that sound a bit strange? How you can you miss your own life? It's simple. It's call observation and reflection. When we fail to observe and reflect we fail to show gratitude, thankfullness and opportunities to nurture peace and strength within ourselves.

Observe and Reflect for Success

Observation and reflection keeps up from missing the whole of point of life change which is to become more as person to get more and enjoy more of life. Change is a cornerstone of our success and the gateway to lasting motivation in any of our life's undertakings.

Recognize that you are enough. You value has no price tag and all that you need to succeed starts by realizing your own value and potential. You can only realize this by taking the time for yourself. Observe and reflect on what matters most and the great opportunities to change your life.

I encourage you to drive change because of your power and potential to become more of who you are today instead of chasing change for success and motivation because you feel you are not enough. Just because today you aren't all that you want to be doesn't mean you don't have a enough to become all that you can be tomorrow. You are enough. Go. Live. Succeed.

Your Confession Determines Your Possession of Success

Your Confession Determines Your Possession of Success

Daily Success Motivation and Self Improvement

You are what you think and what you say. Life an death are in the power of your tongue. How is that so? Because words set conditions that shape thought and belief systems. We all think in word pictures. When someone is explaining something they are literally painting pictures in their own mind and in the mind of others. A positive confession will paint the right picture using the right words.

If your confession is one of lack and fear then that is what you will continue to experience. This is because your mind goes to work to create the life experiences you think about most often and come to believe in with the most conviction. Your subconscious is at work around the clock insuring that your life experiences are consistent with your deeply held beliefs. Your subconscious doesn't care about true or false. It simply takes all your thoughts and pictures with deeply rooted beliefs and attempts the make them reality for you.

Your Confession Sets Your Direction, Determines Life or Death
Your confession is like a rudder of a ship. Your words are a guiding mechanism that establishes the direction of your life. Your words reveal what you really think and support what you think about most of the time. More than that is the fact that your words continue to reinforce your outlook on life. Your attitudes are revealed through the words you speak. A negative attitude will give birth to negative words which will continue to paint a negative outlook that creates more negative attitude. By changing your confession you can change the direction of your life.

Your words are a creative force and they have the power to give life or bring death. What do I mean by that exactly? Well, if you have a history of someone(s) who have spoken negatively towards you know the power of death that can be generated from words. Negative words can kill the potential and possibilities of a person if that person adopts a deep rooted belief system based on someone else's cursing.

Words have the power to counteract negativity and bring life as well! By using powerfully positive words that encourage and build hope you can set yourself and others on a path to powerful success motivation, positive thinking and powerful life change! Again, your words are like a rudder setting the course and direction for your life. As you pursue your dreams and goals it is of utmost importance that you not only change your thinking which changes your actions but you must change your confession as well.

Stop talking about what's wrong with you and your life. Stop talking about why you can't or why it won't work. You are only building a strong case for fear, doubt and unbelief. And as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. In other words, if you think you can't...then you can't. If you think you can, then you can and what you say will build the case for what you eventually think, do and possess.

Confession Leads Possession
You will never live your life above your highest thoughts. The higher you think the higher you can live. Your words are an activating force for thought and action. As you speak so you will begin to believe and act. A transformation of life includes and transformation of speech. You should speak to your potential and the potential of others and not to weakness. You should confess your greatness, confess your prosperity and confess your destiny long before any evidence is seen. You cannot arrive at your destination before first declaring where you want to go.

Just thinking of getting to a destination isn't good enough. You have to make plans and ultimately you have to think clearly on your destination, you have act towards getting there and you have to speak and confess where you are going when you inform others of your plans and when you make travel arrangements. The more you talk about something the more desire you build for that something. The more you talk about something the more belief you build for that something.

You have to build belief in your destination, plan for it and declare your intentions long before you ever arrive. So goes your life. Confess your intentions and build the word pictures and belief systems in your mind that will rudder your life towards success. It is impossible to believe that you will create wealth if your confession is that you never have enough money...and so on and so forth for any other area of life change you seek. Don't talk about what you have, talk about what you want. Confessions leads to possession.

Confession Is A Catalyst of Change
Words are powerful. Your words are extremely powerful. Do not underestimate that power of your own mouth in defining your life outcomes. Changing your confession is and exercise in change a habit. You simply choose to speak words that help instead of hurt. Use index cards and write down positive confessions about who you are (picture your destiny here and not your past), what you do ( confession your greatness) and what you want (confess your success...instead of using want, use the word have. See your future now and confess it!)

Changing your confession will change your life. This isn't magic or a quick fix. You need to work this out consistently for the rest of your life. As you confess and build belief for the next level of living you pursue you will need to adjust your confession to the level of living after that. Make positive confession a lifestyle habit and you eventually will see your mind, body and spirit soar with joy, hope and possibility. When positive confession becomes a habit it won't feel like forced or contrived behavior. You will automatically speak the best because you think the best and the see best of life...because you started speaking the best of life. Do you understand the circular relationship here between speaking, thinking and action? You can design and positive loop or a negative loop. You can choose life or you can choose death.

Choose life.

Your greatest challenge in these modern times is managing information and flow and learning how to learn. Learning is your ticket to unlimited success. Learning limitations means that your learning will be your limitation in all areas of life. No matter how committed you are to success motivation, positive thinking or self improvement you will have to increase your knowledge with corresponding action. Your greatest asset is your mind. It has value beyond any price, it can bring you untold wealth and happiness and best of all...it's free. Your capacity to learn and change is tremendous!

Learning must become a discipline and a passion. We must all develop a systems of self directed learning and implement a commitment to improve ourselves through education. Learning mastery is a success principle that supports all other efforts for growth. Without new learning there is only mediocrity. We must consistently challenge ourselves to learn more about who we are, what we can do and what we can become in this world and life. New possibilities must be pursued before they can be explored.

One mark of a no limit lifestyle is the willingness to explore new ideas, to self educate and apply knowledge for new and different outcomes. You can quickly determine your limitations by how much you learn and how committed you are to pursuing knowledge and wisdom. No matter how big we think, dream and imagine we birth our dreams into reality through the pursuit of knowledge, information and education that will help us transform dreams to reality.

Learning Mastery
In order to take back mastery of your life your life you will need to achieve mastery of new skills, attitudes and beliefs through education. Learning doesn't have to be clinical or boring. Pursue the knowledge you need to create the change you desire. If you want to create wealth then you must pursue more knowledge of money and business. If you want to be a better parent then investing your time and money in books that will provide you with the wisdom for better parenting is a great idea.

In order words, you should actively seek growth through education. Realize that your education doesn't necessarily have to be learning from a formal institution. Some of your best learning will be self directed and of your own choosing. You can get a fantastic education through networking with highly motivated people who share common values with you. You can improve yourself and transform your life through books and audios (my favorite) and by applying what you are learning and using your outcomes as feedback for transformation. You can learn by connecting with a mentor or doing an apprenticeship.

Never, every stop learning. Put your wonderful mind to work for you. Your mind was created to handle complexity and solve problems. Feed your mind something to work with. Fill your heart with new possibilities and discover new abilities by expand your life's content. Don't become comfortable with the same skill you've had for the past 10 years or that same knowledge that served you well 5 years ago. Take some time to learn about learning and learn something new. Turn off the TV and invest in yourself.

I've mentioned this before, but one of my favorite things to do is to relax with an attentive mind and hungry heart and plug into my iPod and get and education. Using your CD player doing drive time and listening to powerful audio CDs about success motivation or listening to audio books on business with your iPod are productive ways to using time wisely and educate yourself. What level of self education will you have achieved 1 year from now? 2 years from now? What skills do you have that are obsolete for your next level of success? Will your current level of knowledge and skill get you to the next level of success and happiness you seek?

Are you currently who you need to be in order to sustain the success you passionately desire?

The Strength of Who You Are

The Strength of Who You Are

Daily Success Motivation and Self Improvement

Who are you and what type of person are you building on? How you picture yourself influences the decisions that you make and those decisions help shape and form your character and your character will determine your destiny.

You unavoidably become the person you picture yourself to be. The good news is that you can change your destiny with in mere moment and with a single decision to choose to be your best.

The Strength of Who You Are
The strength of who you are is your character.

"Wealth stays with us a little moment if at all; only our characters are steadfast, not our gold." -- Euripides

Life has its ups and downs. Situations change constantly. There are times and seasons under the sun for everyone. You have been destined for testing and trial. It is in our difficult times that character is revealed, reinforced and strengthened.

At the end of the day and at the end of your life only who you are or what you've become over the course of you life as a result of decisions that you've made will be left. You can decide who and what you become right now.

Your history is not your complete story. You can be a revisionist if you like. Re-imagine your past for an inspired and better future. You can choose memory loss if you like. Choose to forget the past and reach for a better future.

Your Destiny Is Yours For the Taking
There is no one size fits all pathway to change and success. You can change your life in ways that are best suited for you. What is important to realize is that you must change. Your strength derives from that character you build within. Choosing a most magnificent journey is a start to becoming a wonderfully gifted and powerful person.

You gifts and brilliance will reveal themselves for a worthy cause. I guarantee it. When you choose greatness your greatness shows up. Don't discount your life based on past and present circumstance. Chart a course based on possibility. What is possible for you? Anything! Just believe.

I encourage you to choose a worthy goal not for what it will give in the way of material success but for what it will make of you for success of character.
