The Technology of Tenacity

The Technology of Tenacity

Success Motivation & Inspiration

Definitions:

Technology according to Merriam-Webster is: 1 a : the practical application of knowledge especially in a particular area : ENGINEERING 2 b : a capability given by the practical application of knowledge

Tenacity according to Merriam-Webster is persistent in maintaining or adhering to something valued or habitual

A Funny Thing Happened...

The last several days have been day of technology and tenacity for me. So I began to give thought to the technology of tenacity. What I mean is the practical application of tenacity in our daily lives. This past weekend I decided to change the computer operation system on my desktop pc from Windows XP Professional to SuSE Linux. Yes, I'm a geek. I've said that before but I'll say again just in case your wondering what I'm doing with this computer operation system stuff. :-)

I love Linux! While I won't be going 100% away from Windows since a few applications I use just won't run on Linux I will be using Linux most of the time on my home PC from now on. Okay, so back to my story...somewhere along the way as I was making the switch I ran into a few snags with my data migrations, operation system installations and computer disks formats. Most of it had to do with getting few things configured to work the way I like to work. I tried a few configurations that involved virtual machines and dual booting.

To make a long story shorter, I ended up deleted several years worth of data I had backed up to external storage drive! I was horrified. :-) No really, in spite of the happy face...I really was. BUT I knew a solution was available I just didn't know what it was or what it was going to cost me. I just knew that a solution could be found and that I could recover my data.

To add insult to injury, I'm and Information Technology (IT) engineer by day and I've been doing IT for over a decade. The error that resulted in my data loss was pure genius on my part (can you hear my sarcasm?). I was a careless mistake that should not have happened.

I had just come off a long week and had a long weekend of technology related challenges. It seemed and felt like a very unproductive week for me on the personal development side as I was unable to get to a quiet place and think, reflect, write and inspire. I think I got a bit cranking with the PC because of it. ;-)

There Always A Lesson To Be Learned

But even from this I took some lessons on success motivation and positive thinking and found the inspiration to "keep it going".

Sometimes life throws us curves. The unexpected happens. The only constant is change itself as the saying goes, right? I had other plans the past week other than being knee deep in technology related challenges during the day and at home. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE technology and I can be very flexible and I've learned alot of patience dealing with technology. But had plans to do some writing for this blog and for a book I've decided to do because of the encouragement I've gotten from others to put my words into a book as well as a blog. My plans were blown out of the water.

Yet, when the curves of life happen and the distractions become the main attraction remain tenacious. Success is achieve one action at a time, one moment at a time. The technology of success is simply the practical application of what you know to do to reach your objectives. Your objectives bring you to your goals and your goals walk you into your destiny...your dream life...your best life now.

If again, we take into consideration the definitions I've written out above I like to define the Technology of Tenacity as the practical application of good old fashioned GRIP!

Just Hang On!

We must simply hang on to what we know and push towards the mark of where we want to go when nothing seems to go right. How about pressing towards your dreams when it seems that you don't have an ounce of time to just one little thing that would take you a step closer towards your dreams? Do you also have recurring distractions, detractors and detours?

Sometimes you just have to hang on. Hang on until the answer comes. Hang on until your time breaks free. Hang on until dark turns to dawn. Hang on until.

Now my technology challenges and data loss don't scale like much more significant challenges I've had and I'm sure you've had also. But there is lesson. I was able to find the tool I need that restored my data. But it took time. I had to research and compare tools and get the right price. I would have been easy to grab the first thing coming my way but that would not have been prudent. It would have just been the expedient thing to do. My data loss was critical. I lost everything...on the back up disk! That back up is where I keep...well the the back ups! LOL.

Here are a few things that this experience reinforced for me.

1. Don't Rubberneck. Sometimes we slow down and just stare at yet another collision that has occurred in our lives. Just like on the roads. We slow down and crane our necks for a good look at that car accident we've just driven upon. Don't beat yourself up over your mistakes, even that ones that you probably should have avoid. Hey, life happens. That goods. Mistakes help us feel alive and let us know we are still growing and need to remain vigilent.

2. The Truth Is Out There. Believe that there is solution to your challenge. Believe that you will find a way to get back on track and to recover from loss. Anyone who wants to reach there dreams must become and "comeback specialist". We have to learn how to come back and grow from the "hits" we take in life. We have get up for the trip and falls. Believing that you can recover from your losses and that the solution for your recovery is out there will accelerate your recovery rate. You optimize your mind, body and spirit with the energy you need to "keep it going".

3. The Strong Must Hold. My friend you are must stronger than you think you are. You must hold your position no matter what. Believing your solution is out there is one thing. It is quite another to hold on while you seek and wait for your solution. This is where your winning characteristics are forged. You enlarge your personal capacity to succeed each minute you maintain your grip! Your grip is strengthened as each minute passes. Don't get discouraged if it seems like nothing is going your way. Just hold on! Your roots grow deep when you hold on. Hold your position and fight forward until you get that answers you want and the solutions you need. The universe is designed to respond the those who are single minded and focuses. Tenacity cause us to adhere to the "why's" of what we are doing and where we are going.

Having Done All To Stand...Stand

So I eventually found my solution and I recovered from my error and data loss. If you are enduring stuck states and you feel that your life is simply not making the head way you planned and you feel that you are not getting any traction at all...I want to encourage you to simply hold on.

The Technology of Tenacity is simply the practical application of good old fashioned grip along with the knowledge and understanding of what you are fighting for. Your grip will be harder to maintain if you don't have a big and powerful enough "why". Our "why's" will determine how we will there (our dreams coming true) or whether we will get there at all.

Your dreams ARE worth fighting for. Life isn't easy and answers aren't always a finger tip away. More often than not, we have to mix it up, stand firm and fight for the light of a better life by simply holding on when there is just nothing else we can do in that moment.

Strengthen your grip. Hold on.

Who Are We?

Who Are We?

Success Motivation & Positive Thinking

Phew! Times sure does fly when...

It's been a very busy week and half. I'm an Information Technology engineer by day and so I've been deeply buried in meetings and engineering issues. I've mention this here before and I'll repeat again since it is part of my thoughts for today, but while I'm and IT engineer by day...I'm aspire to be a motivator and inspirer BY LIFE. Now this statement goes much deeper than can be expressed here because of all the elements of character and belief that I must build and maintain along my path.

What I'm really getting at here is: Who Are We?

How many of us are caught away by the many things that catch us by day and distract us from the dreams we carry inside us by life? Do we define ourselves by the daily victories and defeats we encounter? Or do we define ourselves by a greater sense of calling and vision compelling us to become greater than who we are now?

I know this challenge all too well. The challenge of tending to the daily tasks of living while maintaining and inspired and positive attitude that keeps me thinking about believing and seeing the best that life has to offer and being willing to pursue it -- no matter what.

My question to you is, "Who are you, really?" Think about it that for moment? How well do you know yourself and your capabilities? You see, if you are defining yourself by your daily duties that do not advance your greater goals that I would submit to you that you are NOT who you think you are and you may NOT know yourself as well as you think you do.

You see, we are not always what we do. We fail, we error, we do get it wrong along the way. But you are not a failure! However, absent an awesome dream and vision of becoming someone great and leaving your mark on this world, you are likely to think of yourself as a failure. Why? Because there is nothing else. No mark to press towards, no prize to capture, no mountain to climb, no challenge for personal life change. Nothing to hope for and run to.

Perhaps are in one life role of any sort and yet you are aching to express that person you see deep down inside. Perhaps you are measuring your value and defining who you are by this certain role that brings little to no satisfaction in your life. If this is your situation then I ask you again: WHO ARE YOU?

Who Are You Not, That You Must Become?

We spend time doing a couple of things in this area of defining who we are. We spend a great deal of time defining ourselves by the actions we take on a daily a basis or we define ourselves by the roles we play which do not express our real selves. Now each of us has to start someone and most of us start along this lines in some form or variation thereof.

Defining actions are critical because what do over time establishes our character. The challenge here is that we may be drifting and living our lives on auto pilot and find ourselves taking actions that do not reflect our true potential. To overcome this we have to take control and predefine our lives in powerfully compelling ways. Ways that cause us to stretch out of the bad habits and mundane actions that keep us from living our best lives now.

We also must break out of roles that keep us unhappy and unfulfilled as well. Just because it's been that way, doesn't mean it will always be that way. That is a loser's limp cliche' for those folks who either won't take a chance on change or won't take a chance to change their lives. But not you, right? :-)

My follow on question to us all is now after asking Who Are We?...I now ask, Who Are We Not, That We Must Become?. What attributes, characteristics, attitudes, etc do I need to develop in order to reach for my next level of success? Am I living up that challenge to change and evolve?

The Challenges With Changing and Becoming Something Other Than...

Some of us struggle with that image of the "changed us" inside because we don't think we can change, we don't think we are qualified for the change, we don't think others will except us if we change.

Friend, your personal happiness is at stake here! Does it really make sense to live small so that others can remain comfortable with you? I would think not! You happiness and success in your own responsibility and not that of others. The general masses or crowds are unhappy, critical and judgmental. You'll never truly find happiness keeping others comfortable while keep your dreams under wraps. Now I'm not being negative and just being truthful. There are many, many great, loving and helpful people out there but you have to be willing the breathe the rare air of achievement and happiness that comes by living out loud and live at your brightest no matter others say and believe about you.

There are two kinds of people the world doesn't like...those that fail and those that succeed. I forgot where I heard that but that is a powerful point to make. Don't live in the middle. Risk failure and go on to succeed magnificently!

You Gotta Get Free!

I challenge you today to start developing plan to live your dreams out loud. Commit to live life in full expression no matter how earth shattering it my be for other that "thought" they knew you and expected you to "behave" in a certain way. NO!

You not bound by the thoughts of other people and God has not given you the eyes of looking back!

You cannot possible expect to satisfy everyone. Each one has a differing opinion. Diversity makes the world go around but it's killer for men pleasers! You don't have to look back on your past without hope of a better future. You can declare a new you and new future right now! See and believe and you can have it. You have to have a "I'm Free To Be Me!" mentality. Nothing will satisfy you like living without limitations on who you can become and choosing to live in pursuit of becoming more than you are today.

It is our magnificent journey to change, grow and become more! We must increase our capacity to live, love, achieve and give!

Isn't it time you accepted that challenge to change and become something other than what you were expected to do or become? Isn't it time you live YOUR real life out loud? Isn't it time that you decided to pursue your highest potential for the greater good? Isn't it time that you start making a place in the world for yourself? Isn't it time that you declared who you are? Isn't it time for you to leave your mark and isn't it time for you to start taking the time to change your life and live your dreams?

I think so. Who are you? Who are you not that you now must become?

R. I. P. - Renewing Your Success Motivation

R. I. P. - Renewing Your Success Motivation

Daily Success Motivation & Positive Thinking

R. I. P. Normally a terminal acronym located and an innumerable amount of graveyard headstones. R. I. P. stands for Rest In Peace.

Today I want us to rethink this acronym and apply to our lives as a reminder of who we can literally RIP our dreams of success out of the hands of hands of disappointment, complacency and fear.

How many of us have performed a eulogy and put to rest fantastic dreams and goals that for one reason or another we felt were no longer attainable. We will never have peace in our live as long as our biggest dreams are R. I. P. Yes, we can have some level of safety and satisfaction but we will never have that "settled" peace that is associated with people who know for a certainty that they are doing what they were put here to do in life.

I don't know about you but I know that my heart aches for the great things imagine everyday I wake up. Sometimes I move from dread and fear to ecstasy and unbreakable and unshakeable excitement and courage! It just plain crazy sometimes the range of emotions the swirl around inside me because of what I "see" in my future and what I desire to step out and do today!

I also know the heart ache associated with pushing down my dreams because of fear of failure and the fear of success. I've struggled with complacency and discipline. I've been frustrated by failure and lack of confidence. I've played is safe. And was during these times that I was most miserable inside. I struggled most when I wasn't daring the face my future and when I wasn't challenging my greatness to come forward. Oh I've had dark days just like everyone else. I said Rest In Peace to dreams and goals on many occasions. But I could never really stop the hunger for pursuing something really great with my life.

There were times when I stopped dreaming and got caught up with just surviving. You know, paying bills, slave to the 9 to 5, always looking forward to the weekend so that I could just rest from the rat race. Yet, I had this aching inside for something more, something better, something more challenging and satisfying. I was grumpy and found it hard to enjoy everyday life because I wasn't living the life I imagined and I wasn't pursuing my sense of purpose.

RIP Yourself A New One

I had to change. Instead of getting ripped a new one as the saying goes, by being at the whim of the winds of the changes that life brings I decided to RIP myself a new one instead. I had to Renovate, Innovate, and Pursue a path of my own choosing. I had to resurrect dreams and goals lost through hope and action towards and brighter future.

You must realize that the moment you decide that you will live and not die, is the moment that you truly begin to live. Some of us have erected and R.I.P headstone over our lives and we aren't in the grave yet! My friend if you aren't in the ground yet, you've got no business erected and headstone over a grave that you aren't in. That job should be left to those who remain after you are gone.

Until then, you MUST LIVE!

What a tragedy to die before we've truly lived. What a tragedy to die yet while we still live!

I'm talking about renewed hope for bigger and better living right now. I'm talking about the reclaiming of dreams lost and promises broken. You are not a lost cause and your cause isn't lost either.

Decide to today that you discover and recover new life today.

Start RIP-ing!

Here are a few quick tips to getting started. Instead of resting in peace...

1. Renovate the activity in your life. You must restore new life and vigor to your daily activity. You do this by rebuilding purpose in what you do each day. Why are you doing what you do? What is the value in it? What satisfaction do you find in what you do? What matters most to you and what you do you really see yourself adding the most value to yourself, your loved and the world?

Bottom line here is that you have reset your goals and dream bigger and better than before. You must will it!. Don't wait until you feel like it or until you situation looks most favorable or until the sun, moon and stars line up or until...well, I hope you get my point here. To revive and rebuild positive success motivation and thinking you must know the what and the why each waking moment of your life.

Pick up your dreams and go for it! No one is going to help you until you first help yourself. When you believe, others become believers and unbelievers fall in the face of your determination and will.

2. Innovate your approach to reaching your goals and making your dreams come true. Out with the old in with new. You have to be willing to change and be willing to let go of old thinking and old ways of doing things. Innovation is doing something in a new way and as I like to say rethinking what already is so that you can get a fresh approach.

How about innovating your very persona? Why not? Why not speak in a new way, think in a new way and dress in a new way? Do you think that if you did this that you would indeed reach your goals and dreams in a new way as well? I say this because sometimes we approach our goals in the 3rd person and there is a disconnect there. We may see that dream and goal as attainable...by someone else. You must become the goal. You must become the dream. It is what you become in the pursuit of the dream that is most important. So think about the transformation in you that will result as your reach for your dreams and become one with your purpose. Do something and do something differently or in a new way. Innovate and change!

3. Pursue your dream. Live your purpose. The power to do comes in doing!. Your vision has all the supply you need. Once you start pursuing your dream you will have the fulfillment of all the promises, provision, power and protection necessary to finish your journey and to Finish Strong! There is no need to fear. There is only the need for courage and action. You can do this! We can do this!

Think well and finish strong!

An Enemy Called Average

An Enemy Called Average

Daily Success Motivation & Positive Thinking

I was once told that there are only two types of people the world dislikes.

People that fail

People that succeed

Where do you play?

Many of us spend way too much time playing the middle for various reason. Whether we are fearful of failure or lacking belief in our ability to succeed we face the temptation to play the middle ground of safety.

You see, the middle ground keeps us out of the limelight of public failures and safe from the resulting criticism and we also avoid being targets because of success. What we are doing is playing it safe. Most people don't like to be targets of criticism.

Are you playing it safe? Are you playing NOT to win? Are you playing the average joe role so as not to rock the boat of others and so that you may avoid the risk of failure or the discipline needed for success?

If that is you, realize this...average is your enemy not your friend. It is your right to shine and to shine brightly. You are unique and created for extraordinary living. At the end of the day you are choosing the average standard that you are destined to live an unfulfilled life so that you don't offend others.

Live Out Loud and Split the Room

When I walk into a room I'd rather split the room between those who like me and those who don't because my life makes a bold statement rather than going unnoticed. The temptation to play it safe and avoid rocking the boat is a strong one. Yet playing the average joe takes the greatest toll then any criticism, failure or success when cause.

Live out loud and be bold about who you are! Be noticed and enjoy it! You don't have to conform to anyone but you own belief and values. Resist peer pressure

You pay a price no matter what level of living you choose but I think the greatest price is paid by those who live a life of quiet desperation..that is a average life.

Every one of us has had a yearning and a dream of something extraordinary say, do and become in life. Every one us must confront that yearning and make a conscious decision to deny that spark of greatness and desire or choose the step out in faith and courage and go for it. Each time we deny ourselves for the average life we just create a greater internal conflict of building frustration and unhappiness.

You will never be happy playing it safe. I believe a lot of people are grumpy because they regret either never daring to live the life they imaged or they are currently deny themselves that opportunity.

You must resist that temptation to play it small and just play it big!

You must build the strength the live a life that is bold statement about who you are, what you believe and where you are going. You will not find power, joy and happiness until you begin to live your values, beliefs and stretch yourself for the greater success of your choosing.

Who cares about failure or success or criticism when you are living your best life now? The object is to become transformed and create a life for yourself that has the power to make a difference for other people. Failure becomes feedback and success becomes that expectation. Critics have to justify their existence somehow so what they say may validate their existence in their own minds but it has nothing to do with you. Right?

Focus on your finish and your enemies and critics go unnoticed by you.

I encourage you to choose extraordinary living! Whatever you do, great or small, do with and extraordinary mindset, extraordinary action and extraordinary words!

That's extra-ordinary. Be more than ordinary in all that you do. I know it isn't easy but you can do it. Start small and act with excellence and confident. Realize how special you are and gifted and talented you are and celebrate that in all that you do.

Don't you dare hold back on your gifts and talents because other people feel uncomfortable! They should be uncomfortable. They need to get up off their hind-parts and let their let shine also. But never hide your light or your life because others can't handle it. Never! Your life is given to you once and it is up to you live well while you are here. You must choose to live well.

To live well you must fight the enemy called average. To fight the enemy called average, you must leave your comfort zone, risk failure and expect success!

Make today an extraordinary day!

Finishing What You Started - Part 2

Finishing What You Started - Part 2

Daily Success Motivation & Goal Setting

In Part 1 of this discussion I shared some of my thoughts about finishing what you started. I want to conclude our discussion with a few specifics about getting unstuck and getting it going again.

How To Finish What You Started

Here are 3 tips that may be helpful to you in getting started again. Whatever you need to restart; It could be a relationship, a occupation, a business, a dream, a vision, a transformation...whatever it is you should that you can do it. I believe in you.

This tips have helped because they are just plain simple steps to just getting back on track. You see when you over analyze what happened, how it happened, why it happened with negative self talk you are shutting down your ability to see that good that can come from any apparent setback or let down.

Sometimes just keeping an examination of your efforts simple and then taking action is all you need to restart your momentum. Success motivation and positive thinking but with action of course!

Tip #1
See the end from the beginning.

Hey, if you don't have a picture of how it should be for you and how you want it to end, how can you expect anything different. How can you restart your efforts or your life if you don't have a compelling reason to do so? You must dream and you must dream big and with intensity! Give yourself very big reasons why you should face each day with courage, faith and hope that you will indeed make it happen. Your setbacks, stops, and stuck states will never survive the brightness of a compelling future. Oh, and don't forget your shades!

Tip #2
Focus on the prize and not the process

Don't get overwhelmed by what you think you have to do to make it or how hard it's going to be to change. Truth be told, you will have to change but you should be willing anyhow. Sometimes we can get sidetracked by actions and commitments we have to make so that we can indeed make it.

If you focus on the prize and clearly communicate to yourself the real benefits of reaching your prize you find that actions necessary to be not as touch. your energy and power is most available to you to use when you are powerfully connect with your prize and your reasons for "why" you are doing what you need to do out weight any hardship or discipline required to attain the prize.

Tip #3

Use your reset switch often

We live in a world where we are taught to fear failure and avoid the risk of appearing stupid, dumb, silly or all three. Yet failure is a major component of reaching any level of success. We must change our thinking about failure and think of failure as only feedback. We should risk looking like and idiot for our dreams. You are worth it don't you think? Who cares what others think?

We are not perfect and life has a built in process that expects that. It's called growth, learning, maturing, mastering, practicing or whatever term you think fits. The bottom line is that for any expertise to develop, for any accuracy or mastery we must for a time fail, learn, adjust learn and try again. We each attempt we get better and better. How do we honestly think we can bridge the gap to our success by avoiding failure?

Hmmmm. Well thank God that we have a reset switch. You can decide to try again and again as often as necessary to reach your success. We are able to try again without anything preventing us from making and new effort. We need to simple want to. We can reset our thinking, expectations and actions which ultimately change out outcomes.

Well that's it for today. Your individual value is priceless. There is nothing that can be paid in exchange to the value that you have within you. I encourage you to unleash your value on the world by pursuing your highest purpose. In doing so you will be transformed and you will in turn transform the world around you. We need you to unleash your powerful self and share your gifts and talents with us.

So go ahead...finish what you started. It's not how you started anyway, it how you finish. See it, believe it and receive it today.

Finishing What You Started - Part 1

Finishing What You Started

Daily Success Motivation & Goal Setting

Life can get overwhelming and we get off purpose on a path not necessarily intended. On the other hand there are moments where we simply back away from doing the things that will bring us the most joy and fulfillment overall in our lives.

Jim Rohn made this powerful quote that has changed my life in a big way. He said:

Discipline weighs ounces, regret weighs tons.

Wow. Did you get that? What he is saying is that the discipline in the commitment we make to ourselves for personal success motivation and to living our dreams far outweighs the regret of looking back on a life lived less than what we originally imagined or intended for ourselves.

This brings me to today's entry about finishing what you started. I'll start with myself first and this blog. I started writing this blog almost a year ago but I haven't posted a fresh entry since early August and from May until that time my postings dropped off considerably.

Due to the winds of change that have been blowing in my life for most of the summer with my day job and other activities my time became very short. I still continue to get emails from readers that are encouraged and uplifted by these messages I write here.

I'm continuing what I started. Writing this blog is not hard for me. It is a way for me to release some of the essence of who I am and hopefully help someone else along the way. I want you to know that I'm here and this blog is not abandoned. If this blog were to go way I would state that plainly so for now my journey and yours -- ours...continues!

It's Not How You Start, It's How You Finish

What broken commitments, dreams and pursuits do you walk past everyday? Just because you started something and it somehow came to a stop doesn't mean that all hope of getting that thing going again is lost.

The beauty of waking up every morning is that we have and opportunity to pick up what we dropped and just start where we left off. No matter what it is. If you've dropped something and you no longer choose to continue along that path then that's great.

But that's also the no brainer side of this discussion. I'm talking about those stuck states where we've exerted effort in the past to make our dreams come alive, to execute new change in our lives or just to do something as simple as eat healthier. Those stuck states bother us because we find ourselves unable to continue along a path that we so much desire for success in.

Well just say this to yourself until it becomes tangible and palpable in your belief system: "It's not how you start, it's how you finish!"

Where you started and how you started doesn't matter one single lick! Who you are today isn't and indicator of who you will be tomorrow. Your vision of your life and the decisions you make about how you want your life to play out will determine who you will be tomorrow.

So you see, you can just decide to continue your path and get back in game at any moment you so choose! That's awesome power! That's the joy of rising each day. We can forget yesterdays losses by creating new successes today. Failing is just another type of feedback anyway. So all things work together for your good. You can benefit from each event in your life and by making to choice to finish that most important thing that you started you can go on to change your world and everything in it with power and great joy!

You may have gotten started and then stopped. Whether you stuttered, stalled and fell...if you are still alive then you can get it going again at any time.

Your Past Doesn't Determine Your Future, Your Decisions Do

Today is your day my friend! You don't have to look back on your life with regret. All too many people end their life's journey with a lot of would have-could have-should have.

See your life from end and play it back. What do you see? What do you want to see? How will it end for you? You decide then commit.

The discipline of preparation, the discipline of facing your fears, the discipline of change and the discipline of transformation among many other aspects of reach for success are truly light weight workouts compared to the sorry and regret of wanting to have done things with your life and sadly finding that you've run out of early time.

You are never bound to your past so long as you have a bright future. Here's something I want you to try for the next 30 days. I was talking about this with a success coach friend of mine.

I want you to wear a pair of sunshades where ever you go for the next 30 days and especially in doors and especially on cloudy and overcast days.

Why? Because your future is so bright that you have to wear shades to keep your own eyes from being blinded by the better days that are in front of you and upon you right now.

Others will ask why you are being silly and wearing sun shades indoors or when the sun isn't shining. You tell them about your bright future as response but I want you craft your own unique response to them. This will help you internal what the sun shade symbolize: You future is as bright as YOU THINK it is.

In Part 2 of this discussion I want to share with some some tips that will help you to specifically get the ball rolling again. Thanks for reading!
