Just Do The Thing!
There comes the moment when no amount of learning, studying and listening is enough. Success motivation is action. We all need to come to that special place of being willing and able to just do the thing that we need to get our success goals underway.
Having goals or something to shoot for is just half the battle. Oh, it is indeed a powerful thing because you provide yourself with something to focus your energy, ability and potential towards. Goals allow you to sharpen your brilliance and your natural gifting towards your own success.
Goals are the prelude to discovery. It is in the pursuit of worthy with clarity of purpose that we become amazed by how wonderful life is. Our eyes are opened to the challenges of becoming more than we are today so that we can reach dreams for better tomorrows.
We must realize that our tomorrows eventually become today and that only time that really, really counts is now. In other words, we have to mobilize ourselves to just do the things required of us now to realize our success. Motivation builds upon itself when we take positive action.
If you find yourself struggling with getting started or you find to you end up back where you started here are a few tips that may be of help. It's time to fight back:
Setbacks
We all have them. Moments when our progress comes to a screeching halt do to some type of loss. It could be loss of motivation, loss of a job, loss of income, loss of a loved one, loss of clarity and focus. Whatever the setback, you must not get discouraged. Setbacks are a fact of life and they are necessary and work for your good ultimately.
Setbacks can be stepping stones for improving your character, strengthening your will and qualifying you for greater achievement. Life is never perfect and there are times when things get a bit messy. One of the greatest outcomes of setbacks and that they can help you live better from the inside outward instead of from the outside inward. In other words, setbacks challenge you to react towards what happens to you and to react in ways that affect change in your circumstances to get the results that you want. It is far to easy to allow setbacks in your situations to determine how you think, feel and act.
Recognize setbacks what they really. Setbacks prepare you for comebacks.
Comeback
Within every setback there is an opportunity to get setup for a comeback. But you have to be willing to comeback. Some people aren't willing to comeback. Some people are looking for a reason to quit or drop out. The first sign of challenge is for them a sign that they aren't supposed to have, do or become what they originally started out to pursue. What these people fail to realize is that for every dream there will always be challenges along the way.
Life has a way of qualifying you for your dream. You have to prove that are worthy by being willing to endure and persist until you lay a solid hold on your success. Setbacks do not happen with respect of persons. No one is immune. We have are unique and come with unique background and set of circumstances. We all have challenges unique to our dreams and we all must overcome.
pursuing your success with faith and patience will yield the maturity required to press on towards your goals. Comebacks are central to all success. The simple fact is that if there isn't and obstacle to overcome than what better man or woman do we become? You have to enlarge your capacity to give and receive to achieve lasting success. Obstacles are required to force our growth. There is also failure as well. You are not perfect and you never will be. Shoot for maturity instead. Failure is simply a guide to greater maturity and accuracy. No matter what the obstacle or failure, you must be willing to comeback keep it going.
Quarterback (armchair)
How many of us have found ourselves armchair quarterbacking a game? Isn't it funny how we can call plays with authority after the fact and when we don't have anything at risk in the game? This is human nature but it isn't natural. Too many people are spectators of the games of life that never require them to risk anything. These people find it easy to criticize others who have the courage to make a play and risk success and failure.
Avoid the temptation to armchair quarterback and decide to make your own plays in the game of life! Just do the thing you need and make the plays required to move towards the goal. What you really want is just on the other side of fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD). Cast off FUD and find your place in the world.
If you avoid being and armchair quarterback, embrace setbacks as setups for comebacks and just do what you need to do your life will never be the same again. More often than not, it is taking little actions that make the biggest difference. You don't have to have perfect knowledge, you don't have to have perfect understanding and you personally don't have to be a perfect person. You just have to act.

Great post.. I have had some setbacks that I thought would crush me but it is your persistance to just move on that wins. When you quit. You lose.
The quaterback analogy is great...
